医院文化作为一种精神、一种品牌、一种资源,为医院建设发展注入了生机和活力.加强医院文化建设,不断提升文化软实力,是贯彻落实科学发展观,推进医院和谐发展、创新发展、安全发展的现实需要.文章从科学统筹、因地制宜、渗透熏陶、注重转化等方面把总参谋部总医院近几年来文化建设的做法进行了总结和梳理,提出了文化布局、文化平台、文化资源、文化品牌建设等观点,对医院的生存发展及核心竞争力的提升进行了有益的思考和探索.%As a spirit, a brand and a resource, hospital culture has supported hospital development heavily. Strengthening hospital culture construction is a demand of implementing idea of scientific development, promoting hospital harmonious, innovation and safe development. In aspects of scientific coordination, matching local condition and focusing on transformation, experience of hospital culture construction in the 309th Hospital of PLA was summarized. Culture arrangement, culture platform, culture resource and culture brand was presented and the relation of hospital culture and hospital development, promotion hospital core completion were discussed.
