基层医院全科医生转岗培训的实践与探讨

摘要

论述了积极开展基层医院在职专科医生向全科医生转岗培训教育的必要性.针对目前转岗培训教育存在的问题,提出了坚持学以致用和对人民健康负责的原则,指出要加强规范管理,正确处理若干关系,使转岗培训教育真正能为开展社区及乡镇卫生工作而服务.%The necessity of job-rotation training from specialist to general practitioner in primary hospital is discussed. Based on the problems of job-rotation training, principles such as learn to use and response for people as well are presented. Management should be further standardized and relative relationships should be correctly solved to make job rotation really help community health institutes and township health institutes improving service capacity.
