院前急救医生岗前培训的实践与探讨

         

摘要

Pre-job training of pre-hospital emergency medicine is the very starting and linking of an emergency doctor to become a qualified first aid doctor. Although in China all the emergency doctors received a pre-job training of pre-hospital emergency medicine, there is no uniform standards and norms of it. The authors of this paper had engaged in pre-job training of pre-hospital emergency doctors for years, and found that there is a lack of dedicated books and standards of teachers for the training, and problems existed like the training time is not uniform, and the test assessment is not standardized and etc. So it recommended that all the pre-hospital emergency centers and organizations should greatly put the prejob training of pre-hospital emergency doctors on the mind, and establish the unity of training content and time. Professional training specification,together with the standardization of medical series including the teacher certification, unity of teaching books, strict examination and other specialized contents should be set up, while emphasizing that comprehensive characters like spirit of collaboration, capabilities of communication and responsiveness are essential elements of the pre-job training.%院前急救医生岗前培训是其成为一名合格急救医生的桥梁和入口.尽管目前全国院前急救医师上岗前均进行了一定的岗前培训,但内容、形式和要求各不相同,缺乏统一的标准和规范.笔者长期从事院前急救医生的岗前培训工作,认为目前全国院前急救医师岗前培训存在缺乏专用教材、缺少培训师资准入标准、培训项目时间不统一、考核不规范等问题,建议各院前急救机构要从思想上重视急救医师的岗前培训工作,统一培训的内容和时间,建立包括师资认证、教材统一、严格考核等专业内容在内的医疗系列标准化的专业培训规范,同时强调协作精神、沟通能力和应变能力等综合素质也是岗前培训中不可或缺的内容.
