公立医院社会责任研究综述及若干问题思考

摘要

通过检索和阅读的63篇公立医院社会责任相关文章与专著.从社会功能、公益性、国家政策及体制改革、单纯社会责任、利益相关者、国外观点和综合视角等七个方面进行综述,分析和阐述了公立医院利益相关者理论的引入,患者、医生和政府三个核心利益相关者的特殊性,公益性与社会责任的关系以及医学伦理与社会责任的异同.%63 articles of social responsibility in public hospital were checked and read.In perspectives of social function, public interest, national policy and system reform, pure social responsibility, stakeholder, view on abroad and comprehensive view, social responsibility in public hospital were summarized and analyzed.The specificity relationship between patient, doctor and government were discussed based on theory of stakeholder.The common and difference of public interest and social responsibility, medical ethic and social responsibility were also discussed.
