目的:研究民营医院的人才流失原因和影响人才流失的因素,探索有针对性的民营医院人力资源管理对策.方法:对189名民营医院人才进行问卷调查,并结合半结构式访谈.结果:民营医院人才对于医院的福利制度、自身的学习和培训、个人的职业发展规划、上下级关系的满意程度偏低.结论:应建立整体薪酬福利制度、培养人才的职业归属感、做好医院文化建设及建立良好的上下级关系,来提高民营医院人才的人力资源管理满意度,防止人才流失.%Objectives: To learn causes and factors of human resources turnover and to explore measures on human resources management in private hospital. Methods: 189 hospital professionals were investigated by questionnaire and semi-structured interview were also used. Results:satisfaction rate in welfare, self education and training, personal career development planning and superior-subordinate relationship is relative low. Conclusions: Integrated welfare and compensation system, professional sense of belonging, hospital culture and good superior-subordinate relationship are considered to be strengthened to improve professional's human resources management satisfaction and prevent professional turnover.
