目的:了解医院感染引起医疗损害责任类型并研究对策.方法:对医院感染与医疗损害责任关系、医院感染管理与预防等问题进行探讨.结果:医院感染是客观存在的,具有复杂性和不确定性.结论:医院感染不等同于医疗损害,医院感染引起医疗损害责任认定应结合法律科学合理处理,加强医院感染管理和医院感染告知义务可以保障医患双方权益,加强医患沟通可以有效避免医疗纠纷.%Objectives: To understand that hospitals with medical injure liability type of infection and research the countermeasures.
