广东省人民医院图书馆读者服务调查与分析

         

摘要

Objectives:To learn resources, service quality and current situation of Guangdong general hospital library, explore appropriate development strategy and promote hospital library sustainable development. Methods:Readers in Guangdong provincial people's hospital have received a questionnaire of"Guangdong General Hospital Library Situation Survey”. On the basis of the reader investigation, the opinion and suggestions on literature information service and bibliographic resources, reader's satisfaction and total evaluation had analyzed. Results:The service quality, electronic resources and information services of the hospital library can meet the readers' needs. However, it needs a further improvement in the aspects of literature share system. Conclusions:Hospital library should put forward the related improvement measures and broaden its information service field, in order to facilitate upgrade library service quality and provide readers with better service.%  目的:对广东省人民医院图书馆的资源条件、服务质量及发展现状等进行调查研究,探索切合实际的发展策略,促进医院图书馆事业的可持续发展。方法:设计《广东省人民医院图书馆调查问卷表》,对全院医务人员进行广泛的调查,分析读者对医院图书馆文献信息服务和资源建设的意见和建议,以及服务工作的满意度和总体评价。结果:医院图书馆的服务质量、电子资源以及信息服务可以满足读者的需要,但文献资源共享有待进一步完善。结论:医院图书馆要有针对性的提出改进措施并拓展信息服务的新领域以提高服务质量,更好地为读者服务。
