新医改收入格局下药师价值与归属的探讨

摘要

According to the reform of medical care separating from pharmacy care, hospital pharmacy development has faced both opportunities and challenges. Pharmacist plays an important role on prescription and medical record audit and pharmacy consultation and has irreplaceable social value. Under the environment of medical care separating from pharmacy care, the professional development of pharmacist will still involve serving for clinical service, carrying out patient and public’s pharmacy education. Those are the foundations of pharmacist’s professional development.%　　医改关于“医药分开”的规定对医院药学的发展既是机遇又是挑战，而药师在门诊处方及医嘱单审核、用药咨询工作中承担着重要的责任，具有不可替代的社会价值；新医改收入格局下药师的职业归属最终还是要归于用药学专业技术服务临床、勇于承担“个体化用药”责任、做好医生的用药指导、做好患者和公众的用药教育，这是药师职业发展的立足之本，也是可行之路。
