加强公立医院志愿者队伍建设必要性与路径研究

摘要

This paper summarizes the present situation of public hospital volunteers in our country and puts forward the necessity of improving public hospital volunteer team, which is important to realize health justice, better patient's medical treatment experience and build public hospital's good image. By strengthening volunteer team building, legal building, mobilization, improving hospital volunteer classification and training to promote volunteer's capacity, innovating incentive and conforming the value of voluntary service, volunteer team in public hospital will be strengthened.%　　分析了我国公立医院志愿者队伍建设现状，从实现卫生正义的需要、改善患者就医体验的需要、塑造公立医院良好形象的需要等方面论述了加强公立医院志愿者队伍建设的必要性。提出加强公立医院志愿者队伍建设，应加快志愿者专业法律法规建设，加强宣传，提高社会人员参与志愿工作的热情，完善公立医院志愿者分类与培训，提升志愿者素质，创新激励方式，肯定志愿服务工作的价值。
