志愿服务在肿瘤医院的实践与思考

摘要

The healthcare reform requires to the public welfare of basic health care. Volunteer service in the hospital becomes one of the indispensable ways to reflect public welfare. The"volunteer service in the hospital"activities of Cancer Hospital CAMS are carried out with reference to the international advanced management mode, and after four years on, the long-term management mechanism has formed, which can be described as greatly mobilizing social resources, voluntary participation to reflect public welfare and build harmonious hospital patient relationship. The voluntary service in hospital can better serve for the cancer patient and help them building confidence.%　　医药卫生体制改革要求落实基本医疗卫生的公益性质，医院志愿服务是体现医院公益性不可或缺的方式之一。中国医学科学院肿瘤医院参考国际先进管理模式，开展了“志愿服务在医院”的具体实践与探索，历经4年，逐步探索出“以体现公益为己任，以广集社会力量为途径，以自愿参与为原则，以医、患社会和谐为目的”的长效机制，从而更好地为癌症患者服务，帮助他们树立战胜疾病的勇气与信心。
