消毒供应中心与手术室一体化建筑与医院感染控制

摘要

Objective:To discuss the relation between hospital infection prevention and integration architectural design of central sterile supply department with operating room. Methods:Combined with architectural design of central sterile supply department, operating room and the integration of both, the actual operation and hospital infection control-related literature. Results:Integration architectural design of central sterile supply department with operating room, making pedestrian flow, material flow, air flow were reasonable, and separate infection patient and non-infection patient, the medical staff access and patient access, the dirty are and the clear are, internal are and external are. Conclusions:Integration architectural design of central sterile supply department with operating room can play a reasonable, safe and effective spatial isolation, to prevention and control of hospital infection.%　　目的：探讨消毒供应中心与手术室一体化建筑设计与感染控制的关系。方法：结合我院消毒供应中心、手术室、以及两者一体化建筑的设计理念、实际运行情况和国内医院感染控制相关文献报告。结果：消毒供应中心与手术室进行一体化建筑设计，使得人流、物流、空气流走向和流线组织更加合理，将感染者与非感染者分开、医务人员与患者分开、污物与洁物分开、内部与外部分开。结论：消毒供应中心与手术室一体化建筑设计，可起到合理、安全有效的空间隔离，达到预防控制医院感染的作用。
