在简要分析上海市级医院内部绩效考核与分配体系中现存问题的基础上,从内部绩效考核的主要方法、考核指标体系构建和绩效考核与收入分配的关联模式等角度,回顾和梳理相关理论和主要方法,并明确各方法的适用条件。%This paper starts with a brief analysis on the existing problems of Shanghai municipal hospitals' internal performance assessment and salary system. The relevant theory and main methods on three topics including internal performance assessment methods, the assessment index system construction, performance assessment and income distribution association patterns are discussed.
