京津冀协同发展是一项重大的国家战略。北京多家三甲医院与河北燕达医院、涿州中医院、涿州市人民医院等医院开展了全方面合作，推进与北京医疗环境、专家技术、运行理念、经营方式等方面的全面对接，推动了京津冀医疗技术领域的协同发展。但医保对接受限，异地就医有“保”难“报”这个问题格外突出。以环京地区就医的北京籍医保人群现实情况为重点讨论对象，提出医院代办模式和“医保特区”互联互通模式，找出一个有“保”好“报”的办法，使异地就医的患者能够方便地享受基本医疗服务。%Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei coordinated development is a major national strategy. In health industry, a number of top tertiary hospitals in Beijing have cooperated with Hebei Yada Hospital, Zhuzhou TCM Hospital and Zhuzhou People’s Hospital, which have promoted the development of medical service environment, experts and management and improved the coordinated development in health industry in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province. Limited by the medical insurance policy, long distance medical insurance payment has been a barrier influencing healthcare coordinated development. According to the status quo of persons who are insured in Beijing and accepted medical service out of Beijing, long distance medical insurance payment modes which promote interconnect payment in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province are discussed to help better accepting basic medical service.
