实行院领导分片责任制提升精细化管理水平

摘要

The Qianfoshan hospital affiliated to Shandong University has reorganized the quality control center, built up "three- hierarchy quality control, four- hierarchy network" management mode. Monthly joint inspection of functional departments was implemented. In the meantime, the hospital's CPC committee has further unified ideological understanding, scheduled the presidents of hospital and assistants to presidents, implemented the fragmented management responsibility system of hospital leadership, and mobilized the work of medical group, nursing group and outpatient & emergency care group by supervision group, thereby effectively facilitating the quality control efforts at hospital and department levels, and further enhancing the hospital's refined management.%山东大学附属千佛山医院通过重组质管中心，构建起“三级质管、四级网络”管理模式，每月进行职能部门联合检查。在此期间，院党委进一步统一思想认识，对各院长及院长助理进行调度，实行院领导分片管理责任制，以督导组带动医疗组、护理组和门急诊组的工作，有效促进了院科两级质管力度，使医院精细化管理能力进一步得到提升。
