医疗大数据对医院精细化绩效管理的支持与研究

         

摘要

新医改以医药分开、医保总额预付等多项措施驱动医院重新定位,绩效考核体系需不断优化以适应医院的管理方向。首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院借助大数据收集、存储与分析等信息技术,实现绩效管理系统对医疗改革的有效支持,促进了医院完成改革目标,实现了多方共赢。取得了医院服务总量持续增长及服务结构的优化;次均药费和药占比下降,减轻患者负担;在未增加政府医疗投入的条件下提高了医疗工作者的待遇;患者满意度持续提高等成效。%The new healthcare reform policies such as the medical insurance global budget and separating drug sale and medical service provision has driven hospital adjusting its goal and management countermeasures. And performance assessment system needs to be continuous optimizing to match hospital management requirement. With information technology of big data collection, storage and analysis in Beijing Chaoyang hospital, the performance management system has got effective support on medical service reform, helped completing the goals of healthcare reform and got win-win for stakeholders. It shows that the total service amount and its structure is optimized, average expense per discharged and the ratio of drug is reducing, medical staff’s salary is improving with the precondition of without increasing government subsidy and patient’s satisfaction is increasing.
