新疆民营医院法定代表人职业背景及融资特点分析调查

摘要

Based on the investigation of legal representative's professional background, financing and management mode of 46 private hospitals in Xinjiang, problems and characters of legal representatives in private hospitals which can be described as too young, lack of minority nationalities, half of them are Xinjiang local residents, most of them are medical background, lack of professional knowledge and lack of professional training are discussed. The main mode of management is president responsibility system, the main financing mode is private lending. Financing risk mode is own risk share which is Lack of financing project and lack of soft power building.%通过对新疆46家民营医院法定代表人职业背景、融资情况及新疆民营医院管理模式的调研，发现新疆民营医院法定代表人存在年纪轻，少数民族少，新疆本地法定代表人占半；医疗专业为主，学历、专业素质、职业化程度较低；缺乏专业化培训等特点，新疆民营医院管理模式以院长负责制为主，融资以民间借贷为主，融资风险自担，融资目的单一，缺乏软实力投入。
