某三级甲等综合性医院门诊医疗保险管理浅析

A top tertiary hospital in Shenyang was selected as the investigation object. According to the present situation of outpatient treatment of medical insurers, problems and their causes of outpatient payment were analyzed to find out a win-win way for protecting patient’s benefit and ensuring medical insurance fund safety.%选取辽宁省沈阳市某三级甲等综合医院为调查对象，针对目前参保者在该院门诊就医现状，着重分析发生门诊统筹的参保者存在的问题和相关原因，研究方便患者就医的方法，寻求既保障参保者利益同时又能使医保资金得到合理使用的双赢之路。
