建立公立医院全覆盖舆情信息收集、反馈工作网络的探讨

摘要

Under the new situation of the new healthcare reform, according to the hot and difficult problems which public hospital staffs pay attention and hospital patient relationship, by the methods of questionnaire, expert interview, literature review and special investigation, 4 general tertiary hospitals were selected to have an investigation to give evidence for establishing all rounds coverage public opinion information collection and feedback net to deal with emergency public events and eliminate hidden risk.%针对新医改不断推进的新形势下，针对公立医院建设发展和医疗服务过程中，医院职工关注的热点、难点问题和医患矛盾，采用问卷调查、专家访谈、文献回顾和专题调研方法，对上海市4所规模相同的三级综合性医院进行相关调查，研究探索建立全覆盖舆情收集、反馈工作网络，为分析应对、化解突发舆情和群发事件，消除影响医院稳定的潜在隐患提供基础。
