民营医院可持续发展的社会责任路径分析

摘要

The state encourages and supports the development of private hospitals, but sustainable development of private hospitals is below expectation because of internal and external reasons which involves the irrational relationship between private hospitals and the government, society. There is relationship of theory and reality between the sustainable development of private hospitals and their social responsibility, which promotes each other and goes hand in hand. To ensure the sustainable development of private hospitals, it needs to take the road to fulfill social responsibility. It is necessary to establish a mechanism to evaluate the social responsibility of private hospitals, private hospitals regularly reporting system of social responsibility and social supervision system.%国家鼓励和支持民营医院不断发展，但目前民营医院可持续发展并不如人意，其原因既有民营医院自身的内部因素，也有民营医院与政府、社会之间关系的外部因素。民营医院可持续发展与其履行社会责任存在理论和现实联系，两者相互促进，且并行不悖。要保证民营医院可持续发展，须走履行社会责任之路，有必要建立民营医院社会责任评价机制、民营医院社会责任定期报告制度和社会监督体系。
