银联商务支付系统在银医合作项目的运用

Objectives: To discuss the application of Unionpay business payment system in bank-hospital cooperation project. Method: comparative analysis and information technology methods were used to elaborate the process and mode of Unionpay business payment system in Treatment before Settlement project. Results: The Unionpay business integration payment systems need the jointly participate of hospital, bank, Unionpay business and other relevant departments. Conclusion: The treatment process was optimized, the work efficiency and management were improved, the cost was effectively saved, and the win-win cooperation between bank and hospital was realized by the use of UnionPay business integration payment system in hospital as well.%目的：研究医改中银联商务支付系统在银医合作项目的运用。方法：采用分析对比、信息化技术等手段，阐述银联商务支付系统在银医合作先诊疗后结算项目的运用流程和模式。结果：银联商务一体化支付系统需要医院、银行、银联商务等相关部门共同参与建设。结论：银联商务一体化支付系统在医院的运用，可以优化流程，提高工作效率和管理水平，有效节约成本，实现银医共赢。
