以北京市4所三甲大型综合医院的628名中层管理干部为研究对象,通过对其教育背景、职业来源、培训需求等方面进行分析解读。从有的放矢,开展富有针对性的培训课程;提升觉悟,将对口支援工作与干部培养相结合;拒腐防变,将体验式培训与干部的廉政教育相结合;业务交叉,将党政兼职与提升思想水平、管理水平相结合;全面发展,将干部轮岗与业务培养相结合等方面提出创新医疗行业中层管理干部培养模式。%628 middle administrators in 4 top tertiary hospitals in Beijing were selected as research objects. By the analysis of education background, professional and training demands, new training mode which can be described as targeting, combining with partner assistance and administrator training, anti-corruption and all rounds development were established.
