县级中医医院中医药服务能力现状分析

摘要

目的：调查研究县级中医医院中医药服务能力现状，进一步推进中医药服务能力建设。方法：主要通过问卷调查及调研访谈等方式收集资料、分析数据。结果：县级中医医院中医药服务能力不断增强，但存在中医药人才匮乏、投入不足等问题。结论：要结合中医药服务现状，进一步完善落实中医药投入政策，加强人才队伍建设，充分发挥中医药特色与优势，不断探索中医药综合服务模式。%Objective: To learn the current situation of Chinese medicine service in country-level hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and to enhance the capacity of Chinese medicine service. Methods: Data were collected by questionnaire and interview. Results: The capability of Chinese medicine service has been steadily enhanced, but there are some problems such as lack of traditional Chinese medicine talent and insufficiency of finance investment. Conclusion: It is necessary to implement the policy of investment, strengthening the training of doctors, improving the distinctive features of traditional Chinese medicine, improving Chinese medicine integrated service model.
