全面质量管理在医院后勤创新管理模式中的应用

In order to meet the requirements of hospital logistics service in the new period and improve the quality of logistics service, the idea of total quality management is imported into hospital logistics management to carry out the innovation of logistics management mode. Through a series of measures, such as establishing specialized logistics quality management department, implementing logistics standardization service and position responsibility system of everyone, carrying out quality control circle activities and promoting information construction, the logistics service quality is effectively improved and human and energy consumption costs is reduce. Besides, the satisfaction of medical staff and patients is improved, and the sense of belonging and cohesion of logistics staff is enhanced. The application of total quality management in hospital logistics innovation management mode provides a great significance for realizing the delicacy, scientific and standardization of logistics management.%为适应新时期医院后勤保障服务要求，提升后勤服务质量，需要在医院后勤管理中引入全面质量管理理念，进行后勤管理模式创新。通过设立专职后勤质量管理部门、推行后勤标准化服务、实行人人岗位责任制、开展品管圈活动、推进后勤信息化建设等一系列举措，有效提升了后勤服务质量、降低人力和能耗成本，提高医务人员及患者对后勤服务的满意度，并增强后勤员工的归属感和凝聚力。全面质量管理在医院后勤创新管理模式中的应用，对实现后勤管理的精细化、科学化、规范化，具有重要意义。
