Objectives: To evaluate the effectiveness of the performance assessment in a top tertiary traditional Chinese medicine hospital in Beijing, and to explore the value of the performance evaluation in hospital management. Methods: Monitoring data in the year before performance assessment, the first year and the second year after the performance assessment in the hospital were selected. According to the change of the data, the incentive effect of the assessment was analyzed. Results: Compared with the year before assessment, in the first year after the implementation, the proportion of drugs to total medical revenue fell by 2.19% and 7.24%, respectively. Prescription ratio, non- drug treatment significantly improved, the average length of stay was decreased from 14.37(the year of 2012) days to 11.72 days (2015,month 1-8). The rate of bed use rose from 92% to 100%. Patient satisfaction improved steadily. Conclusion: The performance assessment system in our hospital has reached the expected goal of standardizing clinical diagnosis and treatment methods and improving patient satisfaction in the two more years of implementation. It has important significance in mobilizing the enthusiasm of the medical staff and strengthening the hospital's meticulous management.%目的:评估北京某三甲中医医院实行月绩效考核两年多来取得的成效,探讨绩效考核在医院管理中的价值.方法:分别选取该医院实行绩效考核前1年、第1年和第2年的相关监测数据,根据数值的同比变化,分析临床科室月考核的激励作用.结果:与实行月考核前1年相比,实行月考核后第1年,药占比同比下降2.19%,第2年下降7.24%.饮片处方比、非药物治疗比明显提升,平均住院日由考核前的14.37天(2012全年)下降到11.72天(2015年1-8月),床位使用率由考核前的92%上升到100%,患者满意度稳步提升.结论:该医院改革临床科室绩效考核制度两年多以来,达到了规范临床诊疗方式、提高患者满意度的预期目标,对于调动医务人员的工作积极性和加强医院的精细化管理具有重要的意义.
