目的:使用文献计量法分析我国住院医师规范化培训的研究现状.方法:通过制定专业检索策略在CNKI数据库搜索并导出自建库至2015年5月31日以来的所有住院医师规范化培训的相关文献,以题目、摘要、发表时间、发表杂志等形成Excel数据库进行统计分析.结果:住院医师规范化培训研究的文章数量、基金项目数量逐年增加;发表文章10篇及以上的单位共16个;论文发文量前10的期刊共有17家;按照研究内容可分4类,分别为住院医生规范化培训实施现状研究、住院医生规范化培训实施效果评价研究、住院医生规范化培训基地情况研究、住院医生规范化培训与研究生教育衔接方面研究,文章发表数量依次为962篇、63篇、57篇、88篇.结论:人们对住院医师规范化培训的关注度越来越高,国家政策导向对住院医师规范化培训研究起重要作用.通过对住院医师规范化培训的培训现状、培训效果、培训基地建设、培训与研究生教育衔接等方面的研究,发现问题并持续改进.%Objectives: To analyze the research situation of the standardized resident training in China by using the method of bibliometrics. Method:Through the development of professional search strategy, the papers were searched since CNKI was built to May 2015.We carried out statistical analysis based on the EXCEL database, which is based on the title, the abstract, the publication time, the publication magazine and so on. Results: The number of articles and Foundation item on the research of the standardized resident training were increasing year by year. There are 16 institutions to publish 10 articles and above. There are 17 journals, which ranked top 10 in the amount of publication. According to the research contents, 4 categories were classified, which were implementation status, effect evaluation, training base, the engagement of the graduate education. The number of articles published isrespectively962, 63, 57, 88.Conclusions: People pay more attention to the standardized resident training. Through researching the standardized resident training. And implementation of the status quo, effect, base construction, the engagement of the graduate education, which found the problems in the training and continuous improvement.
