基于全面质量管理的临床药学服务体系

摘要

随着医药卫生体制改革的进一步深入,医院药学服务也开始转型.如何建立规范化、标准化的临床药学服务体系,保障患者用药安全,已成为医院药学领域亟需解决的问题.文章介绍了华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院采用全面质量管理理念开展临床药学服务的内容及应用成效,为探索建立规范化、标准化的临床药学服务体系提供参考.%With the deepening healthcare reform, the hospital pharmaceutical care has begun to change. How to establish a standard clinical pharmaceutical care system which can assure the patients' drug safety has been explored in recent years. In this paper, the author introduced the content and application of total quality management concept in the clinical pharmaceutical care in the hospital, so as to explore the establishment of a standard clinical pharmaceutical care system.
