药品零差价对公立医院合理用药的影响

摘要

目的:分析比较公立医院在实行药品零差价之后,医院药品使用的变化情况,为深化医改提供参考.方法:采用Excel对公立医院实行药品零差价前后患者负担费用指标、药品结构、药品比例和不合理处方四方面的数据进行分析比较,了解药品使用的变化趋势.结果:公立医院在实施药品零差价后,患者负担的各项费用指标均有不同程度的下降;药占比和抗菌药占比明显下降;基药的使用比例得到了提高;不合理处方也有所控制.结论:药品零差率的实施,对公立医院药品使用和合理用药产生了巨大的影响.%Objectives: To analyze the change of drug use after implementation of "drug zero-mark up sale" in public hospital in order to give reference on the deepening of healthcare reform. Methods: Patients medical expense indictors, drug use constituent ratio, drug cost to medical cost ratio and irrational prescriptions were compared before and after implementation of "drug zero-mark up sale" by Microsoft excel. Results: After implementation of "drug zero-mark up sale" in public hospital, the patient's expense indicators have different degrees of declined. The proportion of antibacterial drugs is significantly decreased. The proportion of essential drugs is improved and the unreasonable prescriptions were decreased. Conclusions: The implementation of "drug zero-mark up sale" in public hospital, made huge impact in using of drugs proportion and structure.
