The infection of the time delay for the active vibration control of the ultra-precision turning machine is analyzed, both in the cases o f absolute acceleration, velocity, displacement and relative acceleration, veloc ity, displacement as feedback variables. The system stability can be ensured an d the vibration transmissibility reduced, when relative variables are used as fee dback variables and appropriate gains have been chosen. Thus machining accuracy of the ultra-precision turning machine is improved.%分析了时滞现象在以绝对变量反馈和相对变量反馈条件下,对超精密机床 振动主动控 制的影响。在相对变量反馈条件下,通过合适的增益选择,即可保证系统的稳定性,又能大 大降低振动传递率。因而,超精密机床的加工精度得到有效的改善。
