面向连续型企业能源耦合优化的混杂Petri网模型研究

         

摘要

Aiming at the high-energy consumption problem in continuous process enterprises, the paper proposes the model design concept of integrating energy, material and information flows, and then puts forward the continuous enterprises energy coupling optimization model (CEECOM), an enterprise-oriented energy coupling optimization model consisting of the energy consumption devices unit model, the production scheduling model, the energy system optimization model and the production control model. The CEECOM adopts the modelling method for the colored extended hybrid Petri net to build its basic model, and uses the energy consumption measurement matrix and the material quality measurement matrix to describe the interrelations between energy and material and the interrelations among materials, respectively. The model's definitions and working principles are discussed in detail. Finally, an example is illustrated to show the feasibility of the model, which provides a new method for continuous process enterprises energy system optimization, energy saving and consumption reducing.%针对连续型企业高能耗的问题,提出了集能源流、物料流、信息流三流合一的模型设计理念,建立了由能耗设备单元模型、生产调度速率模型、能源系统优化调度模型和生产控制模型组成的企业能源耦合优化模型,简称为连续型企业能源耦合优化模型(CEECOM).CEECOM采用颜色扩展混杂Petri网的建模方法建立了其基础模型,用能源消耗计量矩阵和物料质量计量矩阵分别表示能源和物料、物料和物料间的相互关系.论文详细阐述了该能源耦合优化模型的定义和运行规则,最后以一实例证明了其可行性.此模型为连续型企业提供了能源、系统优化和节能降耗的新方法.
