Objective: To explore the related issues in single disease payment in atertiary hospital in Xuzhou to understand the single disease hospitals paid after the costs, the average length of stay, their attendances changes. Methods: From the hospital medical record room and the Statistics Office and the Health Department website from 2009 to 2011 with acute cholecystitis, cesarean section lumbar disc disease inpatients, the average length of stay, medical expenses and the composition analysis of a single DRGs pilot related changes. Results: Acute cholecystitis, cesarean section and lumbar disc hemiation, the three diseases of the lumbar disc hemiation costs has not only brought under control, but relatively have some growth compared with the previous year. Conclusion: Single disease pay did not play a role in the cost of the control of acute cholecystitis, cesarean section and lumbar disc hemiation.%目的:探究徐州地区某三级医院在单病种付费施行3年多所产生的相关问题,了解医院实施单病种付费后费用、人平均住院日及就诊人次变化情况.方法:从该医院病案室和统计室及卫生厅网站上获取(2009--2011)年急性胆囊炎、剖宫产及腰椎间盘突出症住院病人年住院人次、平均住院日、医疗费用及相关构成情况.结果:该医院在试行单病种付费3年里,急性胆囊炎、剖宫产和腰椎间盘突出症3个病种的费用非但没有得到控制,反而相对前一年都有一定增长.结论:单病种付费的实施对于急性胆囊炎、剖宫产、腰椎间盘突出症的费用的控制并未起到作用.
