抗核抗体谱检测在弥漫性结缔组织病诊断中的价值

摘要

目的 通过分析弥漫性结缔组织病患者抗核抗体检测结果,评价抗核抗体谱检测在该类疾病诊断中的价值.方法 回顾分析213例弥漫性结缔组织病和641例非弥漫性结缔组织病住院患者自身抗体检测结果.结果 在各种弥漫性结缔组织病中抗核抗体谱阳性检出率间差异有统计学意义,在系统性红斑狼疮患者中,抗dsDNA抗体阳性率为46.1%,抗Sm抗体阳性率为23.6%;在混合性结缔组织病中抗U1n-RNP抗体阳性率达66.7%;在干燥综合征患者中抗SSB抗体阳性率为66.7%;在系统性硬化病患者中抗Scl-70抗体阳性率为66.7%.结论 抗核抗体谱检测对各种弥漫性结缔组织病有重要的鉴别诊断意义.%Objective To evaluate the approach of antinuclear antibody ( ANA ) tests in the diagnosis of diffuse connective tissue disease ( DCTS ).Methods Results from ANA tests of 854 patients ever hospitalized in our facility in 2009.Results Positive rates of the ANA results among different types of the DCTS showed significant differences.Positive rate of anti -dsDNA antibody was 46.1％ in systemic lupus erythematosus ( SLE ) patients, and 23.6％ for anti - Sm antibody.Positive rate for anti - UlnRNP antibody was 66.7％ in mixed connective tissue disease ( MCTD ), positive rate for anti - SSB antibody was 66.7％ in primary Sjogren syndrome ( pSS ); positive rate for anti - Scl -70 antibody was 66.7％ in systemic sclerosis ( SSc ).Conclusion ANA tests is of great significance in the discrimination diagnosis of the DCTS.
