通过对美国职业篮球联赛（NBA ）数据的起因、发展和最新应用情况的分析，探讨在大数据时代的背景下，篮球运动引入统计学、现代管理学后所引发的球队组织结构变异，以及对于中国男子篮球职业联赛的一些启示。%This paper analyzed the cause ,the development and the latest application of National Basketball Association (NBA ) league data .In the era of big data ,organizational structures of basketball teams have changed greatly after the introduction of statistics and modern manage-ment ,which provided some inspirations for our CBA league .
