混凝土水平施工缝抗渗及力学性能试验研究

         

摘要

针对水平施工缝对混凝土抗渗及力学性能影响的问题,本文采用对比试验的方法,分别研究了整浇试件、界面凿毛处理试件及界面不处理试件的抗渗及力学性能,同时研究了7 d 和28 d 的浇筑间隔影响。结果表明:水平施工缝的存在会严重影响混凝土的抗渗能力,同时也在一定程度上影响其力学性能,而对接缝界面进行凿毛处理能在一定程度上改善其性能,但作用不明显,7 d 和28 d 的浇筑间隔对接缝界面性能的影响也不显著。%To investigate the influences of horizontally constructed joint of concrete on its impermeability and mechanical proper-ties,a comparative study of impermeability and mechanical tests was conducted on the one-piece casting specimens and the twice casting specimens with a horizontal construction joint,among which both the chiseled interface and natural forming interface were considered.The influence of concrete casting intervals (two cases of 7 d and 28 d)on the impermeability and mechanical proper-ties of concrete specimens with a horizontal construction joint were also analyzed.The test results show that horizontal construc-tion joints seriously affect not only the impermeability of concrete but also the mechanical properties of concrete to a certain ex-tent.The impermeability and the mechanical properties of horizontal construction joints with the chiseled interface can be slightly improved but not substantially.Intervals of 7d and 28 d for concrete casting have almost no significant effect on the property of construction joints.
