胶黏物控制剂用于涂布灰底白纸板的生产试验

摘要

在面、芯层为全脱墨浆和底层浆为OCC废纸浆生产的涂布灰底白板纸的生产线上，试用了两种不同的胶黏物控制剂处理浆料中的胶黏物质。结果表明：胶黏物控制剂的应用在一定程度上减少了因胶黏物沉积引起的生产断纸和产品质量问题，提高了涂布纸的生产效率。%Two kinds of stickies controller were applied in a coated white paperboard line with cover layer and media layer made from deinked pulp and bottom layer from OCC pulp. The results show that the application of stickies controller, in a certain extent, reduces the web breaks and quality problems caused by stickies deposition and improve the production efifciency of coated paper.
