液晶电视前壳热流道顺序阀进浇方案Moldflow分析

摘要

The injection with hot runner and valve gates of LCD cabinet was simulated by Moldflow.The simulation results were used to improve the mould process.and realized the solution of product defects and mass production.The correctness of analysis reports and the feasibility of scheme about hot runner with valve gates were affirmed.%利用Moldflow对液晶电视前壳的热流道顺序阀进浇方案进行模拟,并在开模过程中利用模拟分析的结果进行改善,最终解决了产品缺陷并实现量产,肯定了Moldflow分析结果的正确性及热流道顺序进浇方案的可行性.
