聚氨酯HCFO-1233zd(E)发泡催化体系的筛选

         

摘要

Trans-1-chloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropene (HCFO-1233zd (E)) is one of the promising substitutes for low-GWP physical blowing agents because of its excellent environmental and safety properties.Based on the properties of halogenated hydro-fluorine-olefins,certain combinations of polyether systems can have potential drawbacks.This article systematically studied the storage stability of different kinds of catalysts in HCFO-1233zd (E) blowing agent pre-mixed polyether polyol and explored the effect of water on the combined polyether.The results show that HCFO-1233zd (E) decomposes in the presence of highly active amine catalysts.The presence of water aggravates the decomposition reaction of HCFO-1233zd (E).We screened the catalytic system of polyurethane sprayed rigid foams for HCFO-1233zd (E) through the preferred compounding of low-activity amine catalysts and metal-based catalysts.%反式-1-氯-3,3,3-三氟丙烯[HCFO-1233zd (E)]具有环保、安全等的优良特性,是应用前景较好的低全球变暖潜能值(GWP)物理发泡剂替代品之一.基于氢氯氟烯烃所具有的特性,会使特定的组合聚醚体系存在潜在的缺陷.针对不同种类的催化剂,在HCFO-1233zd (E)发泡剂预混组合聚醚中的贮存稳定性进行了系统的研究,并且探讨了水对组合聚醚的影响.结果表明,HCFO-1233zd (E)在高活性叔胺类催化剂存在时会发生分解反应,水的存在会加剧HCFO-1233zd (E)的分解反应.通过对低活性叔胺类催化剂和金属类催化剂的优选复配,筛选出了适用于HCFO-1233zd (E)的聚氨酯喷涂硬泡的催化体系.
