木塑复合材料热稳定性的测试方法

         

摘要

为快速测定评价木塑复合材料(WPC)的热稳定性,建立WPC热稳定性测试方法的国家标准,促进WPC的研究与发展,以木粉/聚丙烯复合材料为研究对象,以氧化诱导时间为测试指标,确定了试验仪器、实验温度、试样规格、试样质量、升温速率等测试条件;并采用所确定的测试方法测试了企业不同配方、不同成型工艺制备的WPC的热稳定性.建立了差示扫描量热法测定木塑复合材料热稳定性的测试方法,测试温度为200℃,试样规格为粉状试样,试样质量为10 mg,升温速率为20℃/min.该方法测试过程简单,所需试样质量少,检测结果的准确性、重复性、再现性和代表性好,而且适用范周广泛,适用于经挤出法、注塑法、模压法制备的聚乙烯(PE)基、聚丙烯(PP)基及聚氯乙烯(PVC)基WPC.%In order to quickly determine the thermal stability of wood-plastic composites (WPCs),establish the Chinese national standard of WPCs thermal stability test method and promote the research and development of WPCs,oxidation induction time (OIT) was used as the index of thermal stability and the wood powder/polypropylene (PP) composites were used as the research object,the test conditions of temperature,sample specification,sample quality,and heating rate were determined by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and synchronous thermal analyzer (STA).Then,the thermal stability of the WPCs prepared by different formulations and different molding processes was tested by the determined test method.It was recommended to use DSC to test OIT and use a powdery WPCs sample of 10 mg with the testing temperature of 200 ℃ and the heating rate of 20 ℃/min.This test method has the advantages of simple procedure,low weight of the required sample,and the test results have good accuracy,repeatability,reproducibility and representative.It is suitable for all WPCs based on polyethylene,polypropylene and polyvinyl chloride prepared by extrusion,injection and compression molding.
