低剂量雌激素替代治疗对围绝经期综合征患者激素水平及生活质量的影响

摘要

Objective To observe the effect of low-dose estrogen replacement therapy on hormone levels and quality of life of patients with perimenopausal syndrome. Methods 80 perimenopausal women who were admitted to the hospital from February 2013 to March 2016 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given low-dose estrogen replacement therapy. The relief of perimenopausal symptoms was evaluated by Kupperman method before and after treatment,and depression was evaluated with Hamilton depression scale. The levels of serum follicle stimulating hormone (FSH),estradiol (E2),luteinizing hormone (LH)and progesterone (P)were detected and compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of FSH,E2,LH and P,Kupperman scores and HAMD scores between the two groups (P 0. 05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups. Conclusion Low-dose estrogen replacement therapy can significantly improve the hormone levels in patients with perimenopausal syndrome,and improve the quality of life of patients with high safety.%目的 观察低剂量雌激素替代治疗对围绝经期综合征患者激素水平及生活质量的影响.方法 选择2013年2月至2016年3月医院收治的围绝经期综合征患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例.对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者给予低剂量雌激素替代治疗,分别于治疗前后以改良的Kupperman法评价患者围绝经期症状改善情况,以汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评价患者的抑郁情绪;比较两组患者治疗前后血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)、孕酮(P)等指标水平.结果 与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后的FSH,E2,LH,P等激素水平均明显改善(P0.05).结论 低剂量雌激素替代治疗可明显改善围绝经期综合征患者的激素水平,且能提高患者的生活质量,安全性高,值得临床推广.
