甲醇生产技术及其在石油化工中的应用前景

摘要

This paper summarized the gas sources and preparation for methanol, also the synthesis technology of methanol. Combined the classic case of methanol downstream product development, the first engineering period of tons of 1,4-butanediol project in Xin M Chemical Co., Ltd. , analyzed methanol's potential applications in the petrochemical and future extension field, pointed that we should continue to extend methanol's applications and develop the downstream petrochemical products. Presented that relevant technology policy should be established in the future to guide the healthy development of the domestic methanol production;combining the status of more coal and more gas in Northwest China, methanol industrial development of the Northwest Territories should be adapted to local conditions.%概括了制甲醇的原料气来源及制备、甲醇合成工艺技术，结合甲醇下游产品开发经典案例-新 M 化工股份有限公司一期工程万吨1，4-丁二醇项目，分析了甲醇在石油化工中的应用潜力及未来延伸领域，指出应不断开拓甲醇应用领域，发展甲醇下游石化类产品。提出今后应建立相关技术政策，指导国内甲醇生产健康发展；结合我国西北地区多煤多气的现状，应因地制宜地发展西北地区甲醇工业。
