基质细胞与肿瘤发生发展之间的关系

摘要

Stromal cells are one of the important components of tumor mieroenvironment, which plays an oncogenic role in tumorigenesis. Stromai cells and their products can transform adjacent tissues in the absence of pre-existing tumor cells by inciting phenotypic and genomic changes in the epithelial cells. The research on the tumor-associated-stromal cells will be benefit in clarifying the mechanisms of carcinogenic lesions and investigating more effective therapy methods.%基质细胞作为肿瘤微环境中的重要组成部分,在肿瘤的发生发展过程中起着重要调节作用.在缺乏肿瘤细胞的情况下,它们可以通过细胞与细胞间相互接触,在各种可溶性因子的媒介作用下,通过改变上皮细胞表型和基因型来介导周围组织的恶性转化.对于肿瘤相关基质细胞进行深入研究有可能进一步阐明肿瘤产生的机制并探索出有效的治疗方法.
