Pancreatic cancer is a kind of digestive system cancer, known as highly malignant, rapid progression, low resection rate and poor prognosis. Patients often lose the chance of radical resection surgery because of late diagnosis. Radiotherapy, chemotherapy as well as other treatments are also not satisfactory. In recent years, with the development of intervention technology, minimally invasive intervention therapy has become a key research direction which can improve the quality of life and prolong the survival rate. Of those, the intra-arterial infusion chemotherapy, with its relative efficiency, safety, simplification, and lower complications and toxicity, has been one of the important treatments technique for unresectable patients. What's more, the new adjuvant chemotherapy mainly by intra-arterial chemotherapy has a remarkable significance in improving the resection rate and overall survival. Under the current hot point research on the tumor gene therapy for cancer, target therapy combined with intra-arterial therapy may be a promising direction for the treatment of pancreatic cancer.%胰腺癌是一类恶性程度高、病情进展迅速、手术切除率低且预后极差的消化系统恶性肿瘤.
