海上平台采油树辅助液压系统研究

摘要

海上平台采油树钢丝作业过程中,为了防止采油树液控主阀意外关闭而切断钢丝,目前采用的是给液控主阀戴帽的方法,此方法存在很大的安全隐患.设计了采油树辅助液压系统,在钢丝作业过程中采用双液压源控制采油树液控主阀,提高了钢丝作业过程的安全性.%At present, the valve cap is used to prevent the wire line from cut off due to unexpected close of hydraulic master valve during the christ-mas tree wire line operation on offshore platform. This method has the potential safety hazard. Therefore,a set of auxiliary hydraulic control system has been designed to keep the master valve o-pening by using double hydraulic source during the wire line operation, so as to improve the safety of wire line operation.
