快速钻井中泥球形成的影响因素与控制措施

         

摘要

针对常规热滚炉老化罐转动半径小、钻屑碰撞几率小的特点,研制了能有效模拟泥球形成的HFZO-1型翻转加热炉,并利用该装置对快速钻井中泥球形成的影响因素进行了实验研究.研制了一种具有快速吸附作用的表面活性剂,并配合固相含量控制、采用无膨润土相钻井液以及降低钻井液粘度等措施,能够有效防止快速钻井中泥球的形成,东方1-1气田现场应用效果较好.%Conventional hot rolling furnace has some disadvantages, such as small radius of rotation of aging tank and low collision probability of the cuttings in the tank during experiments. As a result, HFZO 1 upturned hot rolling furnace has been developed to overcome these disadvantages. By using HFZO-1 upturned hot rolling furnace, many experiments have been performed in lab to study the factors affecting formation of gumbo balls during fast drilling. A new kind of surfactant that can be fast absorbed on the surface of cuttings has been developed. Combined with the measures, such as controlling solids, applying bentonite clay-free drilling fluid and reducing viscosity of drilling fluid, this new surfactant can effectively prevent the formation of gumbo balls during fast drilling. The application of this surfactant in Dongfang 1-1 gas field showed the good effect.
