The main technology innovation a-chievements in China' s offshore oil engineering filed obtained during the Eleventh Five-year Plan are reviewed and the technical progress direction and key works in the ocean petroleum engineering filed are prospected for the Twelfth Five-year Plan.%回顾了“十一五”期间我国海洋石油工程领域技术创新的主要成果,结合中国海油“十二五”发展规划,展望了“十二五”期间海洋石油工程领域技术进步的发展方向和计划重点开展的工作.
