海上平台定向井井口水平力计算与分析

         

摘要

根据能量法基本原理,结合定向井下完套管后井口产生的水平力的实际情况,考虑套管受到的上提拉力、套管自重产生的横向均布载荷和轴向均布载荷、最大井斜角以及造斜井段集中载荷等参数,建立了定向井井口水平力力学模型,并推导出了井口水平力计算方法;通过算例,分析了造斜点井深、造斜率以及套管尺寸对井口水平力的影响规律.本文研究结果对于提高定向井井口套管挂安放作业安全性具有重要意义.%Based on energy method principle, the horizontal force mechanical model of directional wellhead is built by considering the tensile force, the uniformly distributed lateral and axial loads induced by casing weight, the maximum deviation angle and centre point load on deviated hole as well as combining with the actual horizontal force of wellhead after the casing installed. And the horizontal force equation of directional wellhead is also derived. The influencing regular pattern of depths of deflection point, line slope and casing dimension on horizontal force of directional wellhead is analyzed by case calculation. The study results have important sense for improving security of directional wellhead casing hanger setting.
