深水气田水下井口开发水合物抑制研究

         

摘要

For the deep water gas field developed by subsea wellheads, considering the high gas well pressure and low subsea water temperature, hydrate is easy to form and then seriously influence the normal operation of subsea production system. For developing PY35-1 gas field, OLGA software is adopted to perform the transient and steady flow analyses for the fluid transported in well head and pipeline, through which the study is conducted on the influence of production water flow rate on hydrate inhibition under well opening case, the simulation calculation is performed for inhibitor injecting rate in subsea pipeline, and the subsea pressure relieving measure is given for removing hydrate block.%采用水下井口方式开发的深水气田井底压力高、海水温度低,极易发生水合物堵塞事故,从而严重影响水下设施的运行安全.以拟开发的PY35 -1气田为例,采用OLGA软件作为计算平台,通过对水下井口及海底管线输送流体进行瞬态和稳态流动模拟分析,开展了开井时生产水量对水合物抑制的影响研究与海底管线抑制剂注入量模拟计算,并提出了水合物堵塞工况下水下泄压解堵措施.
