聚胺完井液的研制与应用

摘要

研制了一种以聚胺抑制剂PF-HAB为主剂的清洁无固相完井液——聚胺完井液.室内评价与现场应用结果表明:聚胺抑制剂PF-HAB具有很好的粘土膨胀抑制性和降低油水界面张力能力,所研制的聚胺完井液呈弱碱性,具有油水界面张力低、防膨能力与高价离子螯合能力强、储层保护性能与防腐蚀性能好的特点,适用于低孔低渗储层、酸敏性地层以及疏松砂岩储层的完井作业.目前所研制的聚胺完井液已成功应用于LD32 2、SZ36-1、JZ25-1等油田完井作业,取得了良好的储层保护效果.%A new system of solid free clean completion fluids was developed with the host agent polyamine inhibition-PF-HAB, which is named polyamine completion fluid. Lab research and the field application results show: polyamine inhibiter PF-HAB has strong ability to inhibit the clay swelling and reduce the oil/water interfacial tension; the polyamine completion fluids are characterized by weak alkaline, strong inhibition, low oil/water interfacial tension, strong antiswelling ability and polyvalent ions chelating ability, and protection and corrosion control of the reservoir, so that they can be applied to the completion operations in the low-porosity and low-permeability reservoir, acid sensitive reservoir and loose sand reservoir. So far, the polyamine completion fluids have been used successfully in completion operations in the LD32-2, SZ36-1 and JZ25-1 oilfields, with excellent reservoir protection effect.
