海洋平台延寿与再利用可行性评估流程分析

摘要

At present,the ageing problems of inservice offshore platform in the world become increasingly serious.When the platform reaches its design life,life extension can make more profits if the region of oil and gas field still has considerable value to exploit; if life extension is not qualified,reusing the platform through various kinds of methods is also a selection.Referring to foreign experiences,feasibility assessment process for offshore platform life extension and reuse,and the concept of required level for reuse are introduced,which will have great reference value for offshore platform life extension and reuse in our country.%目前全球在役海洋平台老龄化问题日益严重,海洋平台达到设计寿命之后,若其所在油气田区域仍具有可观的开采价值,可以通过延长平台服役期以荻取更大的收益；若海洋平台不满足延寿要求,以各种方式再利用也是发挥其剩余价值的另一选择.参考国外经验,制定了海洋平台延寿与再利用可行性评估流程,并对具体评估流程进行了详细分析,提出了海洋平台再利用需求等级的概念,对我国海洋平台延寿与再利用事业的发展具有一定的参考价值.
