基于槽式孔板和旋进漩涡流量计的湿气计量研究

         

摘要

The higher differential pressure caused by gas-liquid interaction will result in "over-reading" when slotted orifice is used in wet gas metering,while the lower precession frequency with the increase of liquid flow rate will result in "lessreading" when vortex precession flow-meter is used.Through analyzing the influencing factors of "over-reading" and "less-reading" resulted from the slotted orifice and vortex precession flow-meter respectively and doing a series of two-phase flow rate metering experiments based on air-water flow,the respective two-phase flow rate metering models were established.By combining them,steady-state metering model was established.The testing results show that,under the experiment conditions in this study,when the liquid flow rate is less than 1.0 m3/h,the gas flow rate calculated by this model has the relative error only within 5%.%槽式孔板用于湿气计量时,差压值会因气液相间作用而产生“过读”,而采用旋进漩涡流量计时,旋进频率会因液相增大而产生“欠读”.通过分析槽式孔板“过读”和旋进漩涡流量计“欠读”的影响因素,以空气-水为介质开展了一系列两相流量计量实验,建立了各自的两相流量计量模型.将2种模型相结合建立了稳态计量模型.测试结果表明,在本文实验条件下,当液相流量小于1.0m3/h时,利用本文模型计算得到的气相流量相对误差在5%以内.
