基于在建项目的改造项目管理实践——以“海洋石油201'改造项目为例

摘要

Taking the modification project of HYSY201,rnthe first deep water pipe-laying vessel in Asia, as an example, this paper refers to the fundamental philosophy of large scale project integral management to summarize the characteristic and form the method of modification project management based on the project under construction. The practice has proved that this project management method gives a good reference to accelerating the design and construction of world advanced deep water pipe-laying vessel in the same type and also to moving forward the development of deep water oil and gas fields in South China Sea.%以亚洲第一艘深水铺管起重工程作业船“海洋石油201”改造为例,借鉴大型整体项目管理的基本理念,总结出了基于在建项目的改造项目管理的特点,形成了比较系统的基于在建项目的改造项目管理方法.实践证明,该方法对于加快同类型世界级先进深水铺管起重船的设计、建造和进一步推动我国南海深水油气田开发均具有借鉴意义.
